BK Pilates prides itself on creating a safe and supportive experience for every client. With class levels ranging from beginner-friendly to advanced, there’s a place to start whether you’re brand new to Pilates or have been practicing for years.
Our classes are rooted in the principles of Joseph Pilates’ method of Contrology, with a focus on intentional movement, proper form and the mind-body connection. Be sure to review each class description to find the level that best suits your practice.
Our instructors are here to create a safe space for you in every session, offering modifications and advancements when appropriate so you can move with confidence. We can’t wait to welcome you into our studios!
From foundational reformer and tower classes to more advanced, strength-focused formats, each BK Pilates class is designed to help you build strength, control and confidence as your practice grows.
INTERMEDIATE
Progress your Tower practice with more challenging exercises, coordination and transitions. This intermediate class blends classical and contemporary movement for a stronger, more connected full-body practice. Instructor approval required if you’ve taken fewer than 10 classes at BK Pilates.
BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Our signature classical Tower flow uses spring resistance to build strength, mobility and body awareness. Designed for beginners and all levels, it’s a great introduction to the Tower apparatus or a chance to refine the fundamentals.
INTERMEDIATE
A lower-body-focused class designed to strengthen and sculpt the glutes, hips and thighs through targeted Pilates movement. Expect plenty of work for stability, control and lower-body strength.
ADVANCED
Arms. Abs. Glutes. This focused class works all three with targeted Pilates movements designed to build strength and muscular endurance throughout the upper body, core and lower body. Instructor approval required if you’ve taken fewer than 30 classes at BK Pilates.
ALL LEVELS
Classical Pilates meets an energizing pace. Using the jumpboard, Cardio Sculpt combines reformer work with faster-paced movement to elevate your heart rate, build endurance and deliver a full-body challenge. Clients who are 16+ weeks pregnant should choose another class format.
BEGINNER FRIENDLY
The best of both worlds: deep core strengthening paired with intentional stretching and mobility. A well-rounded class designed to leave you feeling stronger, more open and more connected to your body.
ADVANCED
Our most advanced reformer class incorporates challenging classical exercises including Snake, Twist and Tendon Stretch. Expect a focused practice designed to challenge balance, core stability, control and full-body coordination. Instructor approval required if you’ve taken fewer than 10 classes at BK Pilates.

Small but powerful, the Pilates Chair uses spring resistance and a pedal system to challenge balance, stability and control. Exercises can be performed seated, standing or supported, making it an effective tool for building strength throughout the entire body.
The Ladder Barrel is designed to support spinal mobility, flexibility, and core strength through controlled movement and stretch-based exercises. It helps open the body, improve posture, and create greater strength and support through the spine and abdominals.
The Cadillac and Trapeze Tower offer a highly versatile Pilates experience using spring resistance, bars, and straps to support both strength and mobility work. These apparatuses allow for a wide range of exercises that challenge coordination, improve flexibility, and deepen the mind-body connection while also offering support where needed.
The reformer uses a moving carriage, springs, straps and a footbar to create adjustable resistance throughout each exercise. BK Pilates group reformer classes are taught on Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers and are designed to build full-body strength, stability and control.
Pilates apparatuses use springs, resistance and support in different ways to challenge the body while encouraging control, alignment and intentional movement. Here’s what you’ll find at BK Pilates.
